Task Order Close Out support of KBR's contract with the U.S. Government in the Middle East.

Management of project documents for audit, contractual, and legal purposes, in support of KBR's LOGCAP IV contract with the U.S. Government in Iraq, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

Responsibility for leading the sourcing and execution of contracts in a wide variety of non-direct commodity groups for multi-property goods and services. Category responsibility included hotel operating supplies, financial services, MRO (maintenance, repair, and operating supplies), facility services, in-room entertainment, casino/office equipment and supplies.

Responsible for leading the global sourcing activities for construction materials for CityCenter construction, as well as existing MGM Resorts property refreshes.

Responsible for sourcing and leveraging spend between all 18 properties for MRO (maintenance, repair, and operating supplies) and facility services. Participated in a proof of concept of Globally Sourcing materials for the Mirage room refresh which led to the Global Sourcing role at CityCenter.

Supported the US Military in Kuwait and Iraq by managing a variety of life support subcontracts, primarily in the areas of construction, vehicle leasing, and dining services. Worked in Kuwait for 13 mos. and VBC in Baghdad for 13 mos.

Responsible for all ffood packaging material sourcing and contracting, in addition to serving as backup to the Director of Purchasing in all capacities and commodity groups.

My first purchasing position with the J.R. Simplot Company was Purchasing Administrative Assistant. I worked up into a Buyer position, Sr. Buyer/Office Manager, then Purchasing/Facilities Manager. In these capacities, I managed all aspects of Procurement, Purchasing, and Sourcing. I Led cross functional inter-company/supplier teams which developed and executed strategic plans to achieve joint cost savings. Additionally, I managed a satellite office and staff. In the early 90's, Facilities Management duties were added to my position. I managed the facility services, including the outside grounds, for a new office which housed the entire Food Group headquarters of 250 employees at one time. During my tenure at the J.R. Simplot Company, I had supply chain responsibilities for the following categories: Food packaging materials, facility services, fleet vehicles, material handling equipment, potato harvesting equipment for overseas operations, maintenance, repair, and operating supplies, office equipment and supplies, as well as various maintenance service contracts, Additionally, I developed and implemented the initial Procurement Card Program, which later became the One Card (dual purpose, travel card and p-card) company-wide.
