We have developed an organ preservation system that enables organs like livers, lungs, hearts, kidneys preserved over 24 hours In Vitro. We technically finished organ preservation followed by organ transplantation in animals in rats and rabbits for livers and lungs (orthotopic transplantation), and hearts and kidneys (heterotopic transplantation). The livers of 24-hours preservation followed by orthotopic liver transplantation in dogs and pigs had shown that the survival rate was as good as the fresh organ control in addition to many other tests in vitro including histology.
