Lilian Shen is passionate about helping organizations and teams create a safer, more diverse, equitable and inclusive environment for their people!With an interdisciplinary background in crossborder investment banking, environmental science and applied improvisational theater, Lilian has been exposed to diverse array of industries: FMCGs, F&B, Logistics, Automotive, Airplane, Media, Tech, Energy etc. She has seen firsthand how the culture of a team can influence day-to-day interactions - and a culture that embraces diversity & inclusion always produces more creative, imaginative, solutions-driven teams. Lilian has also spent a decade community building and advocating for LGBTQ+ rights, Women’s Rights and against gender-based violence in China. She has co-founded: Queer Talks, Women Up! (later Ladies Who Tech), Trans Talks and a Crisis Intervention Support Group. She brings her years of expertise in the field into her work in DEI, bridging the needs of corporations and communities for a common goal of a better world.
