At this SaaS provider, I have co-developed design systems and multi-layer component libraries that cater to more than 300 partner brands. Working closely with a fellow principal product designer and our senior product design manager, we developed and implemented governance models, interaction models for cross-collaborative work, and training plans for all teams moving into the program. Our collaborative efforts have improved design consistency and efficiency organization-wide.One key contribution involved facilitating the seamless adoption of our Figma-based design system. I organized and hosted training sessions for a total of 60 users spread across eight teams, ensuring that everyone was well-versed in utilizing the system and tool effectively. Additionally, I consistently take the initiative to refine the design system artifacts and workflows based on valuable user feedback. In addition to these accomplishments, I took charge of launching marketing websites and campaigns for nine new partner programs. One significant achievement was the successful revamp of the outdated University College London (UCL) website. Through my efforts, we introduced an immersive UI that not only modernized the site but also greatly improved brand differentiation. As a result, we witnessed an 11% increase in organic yield and an 18% boost in application completion rate, showcasing the tangible impact of my work on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for UCL. Another example of thorough user experience and high-impact design was the creation of onlinegrad.pepperdine.edu — Pepperdine's home for all online graduate programs — consolidating disparate program domains into one. My influence set the standard process for designers in similar initiatives for other brands, gave Pepperdine's new unified site more visibility, and improved Google rankings. This ultimately increased domain authority in six months to become one of the two strongest sites in the 2U portfolio at the time.

My role at the company involved shaping best-in-class UI/UX in close collaboration with our development teams, ensuring that our web experiences were intuitive and user-friendly. Additionally, I created digital and print materials to cater to our B2B clients, encompassing a wide range of assets, including web designs, infographics, email banners, and online advertisements.To enhance our workflow and improve stakeholder engagement, I initiated a project to streamline custom design requests. By implementing an intranet system through WordPress, I made it easier for cross-functional stakeholders to submit their design requests and grew visibility into ongoing design tasks. This innovation not only saved time but also improved overall efficiency in our design processes.One of my standout achievements was the conception and execution of over 100 captivating signage assets and social media ad campaigns for the largest educational conference in 2017, Connected. These assets contributed significantly to the overall success of the event and garnered high satisfaction from attendees.
