I currently work in pharmacy benefit management for a non-profit company specializing in Oregon Medicaid and Special Needs Medicare. I ensure formulary coding is working and updated correctly, which includes submission, testing, and issue resolution. I also specialize in compliance reporting to both internal and external partners on a quarterly and monthly basis. I have management experience as a supervisor which also included process and workflow improvement. Many of these processes and workflows touch multiple teams and departments so building consensus is an integral part.
