15 years experience in Managed Care Insurance including Commercial, Medicaid, & Medicare services. This also includes experience in medical and pharmacy areas. 5+ years of training and development experience that includes training entry-level positions, tenured employees, performance management, coaching. I also spent a lot of this time working on material/curriculum development and testing. I trained many pilot classes to test new curriculum and materials, which required I provide feedback, document and track class progress, and report progress and feedback to management including a move to virtual training. I traveled frequently to train classes at different sites, including foreign sites, which required that I be away for weeks or months at a time. I currently work in pharmacy benefit management for a non-profit company specializing in Oregon Medicaid and Special Needs Medicare.
