I am currently a student at Northwestern Michigan college, finishing my Associate’s Degree of Arts and Sciences with a focus in Business Administration and Management. I will finish my degree in the spring of 2022 and will have completed an internship. I am hard-working and ready to try anything. I have experience in the Customer Service industry and Equine Management/Care. Working in the customer service industry, I have learned how to deal with upset customers, take many phone calls, and perform many different tasks at once. When working in equine management and care, I have learned how to manage people and animals. Keeping adequate records, scheduling, and always being ready to make changes. When working with animals things can change very fast. I am prepared to deal with quick changes that have little notice. With these past experiences, I am prepared to take on any project. Customer Service can be trying but the rewards you get when someone is thankful for your help are unmatched. Working with equine can be just as trying as customer service. However, the rewards that you see after a day's work make me happy to continue to do the work every day.
