I'm Lillian Morrison and through my work as a summer kids’ college teacher, summer counselor, and after-school care program coordinator, I have completed over 50 hours worth of social and emotional learning training, have excellent team management skills, and know my way around state and local paperwork within the industry. I am no stranger to picking up skills and adapting while on the go or in stressful situations. I am an advocate for play, child development and safety, and healthy communication among all people. In my spare time, I like to try all the matcha lattes I come across and participate in my school's ultimate frisbee team where I hold the position of captain. Also, I try to participate in any child advocacy organizations that I can find to further support children in their endeavors. I aspire to enter the childcare industry where I can fuse my communications degree and childcare skills to help children and families engage in healthier relationships and lifestyles.
