• Support in-charge partner to prepare annual plan and performance status to partnership in TW, Cluster and Global Team.• Attend Audit Methodology meetings, training program held by Cluster and Global teams • Communicate local concern, practices and comments to Cluster and Global team for the application of Global methodology and a design of new audit methodology development• Plan and monitor the training materials design and development with Audit Methodology team, and conduct the training related to Audit methodology with the team to release those updates to auditors of Audit service line • Communicate with practices (auditors) by meetings, email, and review their working paper to support them to work on a efficient and effective basis based on annual plan.

• Participating SAP implementation project focusing on internal control and application securities on business processes for LITEON Group and China Trust Bank (CTBC) and post-implementation for CAPCO Co.• Internal control design and implementation (ORACLE system) for Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd (SPIL).• Internal control design and implementation (BAAN system) for TOPCO Scientific(TSC) • Planning and leading the team to perform internal control audit projects for Clients applying for IPO. • Performing internal control, ITGC and ERP automated control audit project for audit clients• Performing internal audit projects (SAP system) for Applied Material Material co,. • Evaluating the completeness and accuracy of financial reports under the company policy and GAAP.
