As Founder Director of Lil's Parlour I am actively working to combat food poverty and inequality in our local community.We provide : An affordable food club in a bricks and mortar location.Outreach workshops pertaining to joyful eating and with subtle nutritional education and cooking classes. We work with a wide variety of the most vulnerable in society and provide real time help for what is important to them. I lead through experience, compassion and example.

Proud to be the owner of a small artisan bakery, I added an ice cream parlour element in 2021. My business has grown from grass routes "home bakery" to a successful small business catering nationwide with my innovative mobile tea room and locally to other small independent businesses, cafes, corporate clients and private bespoke customers. 2020 has been a challenging year for independent business and I have turned the business from a street facing enterprise into a full e-commerce offering. The business continues to go from strength to strength through my acute eye for detail and strong leadership.
