I am currently a Co-owner , Healthcare director and Business development . I have 12 years of experience as a nurse . I started my career as a In-patient Psych nurse for the VA for 8 years . I am very familiar with Diabetes and medication compliance . I graduated into private care starting with Promises in Malibu as a detox specialist and also a private detox nurse of the rich and famous. I am very familiar with JHACO and Carf accreditation as well as state, federal and insurance compliance . I have worked with 4 other companies to bring them up to compliance . I am well trained in KIPU and have experience in Alleva and zen charts . I am highly trained in medical and psychiatric medications for different modalities such as detox , psych and wellness . I have extensive experience with all insurance for medical necessity and compliance . My first goal is always put clients first .

My responsibility is to oversee 2 locations 180 clients from detox to OP for a very large in-network Facility . I managed all medical employees and 4 doctors . My responsibilities included all approvals for intake as well as fighting for clients when insurance denies . I am very well Versed in ASAM Criteria and has been a partner in the utilization review for all clients for medical necessity.

I was Hired on as a Healthcare directer and Utilization Director for a 80 bed facility and responsible for all levels of care . I streamlined process as well and maintained compliance . I was a liaison for 2 Doctors and responsible for regulating medical budget costs ,medical compliance to insure proper medical necessity and management of medical employees.
