I work to targets to match candidates to apprenticeships based on the requirements of both the employer and the learner, to ensure the learner sustains employment throughout the course of their apprenticeship.This includes initial screening of candidates, face-to-face interviews and prepping for future interviews.I also manage client expectations and recruit for both small businesses and corporate.
