BBOXX is a global off-grid utility start-up selling hardware & software in Sub-Saharan Africa & South Asia (£150m raised, ~600 people).My responsibilities included:• Defining the long-term roadmap of our software product alongside technical product owners.• Account managing major B2B clients and running product-focused workshops.• Devising and reporting on metrics to measure organisation’s success in delivering on our customers’ needs and on our revenue targets.My successes included:• Working with developers to deliver a new billing strategy, bringing in a new revenue stream of $2m per year and reducing time spent on billing clients from 3 days to 3 hours a month.• Introducing a new framework for incident management.

My responsibilities included: - Market research and customer profiling- Introduction of new sales stack software- Acted as ‘Scrum master’, managing story point estimation & task priority.- Used A:B Testing to inform development and conducted user interviews- Successfully secured two funding rounds (pre and post Y Combinator)
