Lily Berz is a Chemical Engineer at JTEC Energy, Inc.. Colleagues describe her as "It has been an absolute pleasure working with Lily Berz in her role as an Engineering co-op student! She is very creative, talented and hardworking and is becoming a terrific process engineer! She is naturally inquisitive, a quick learner and very adaptable. After receiving initial basic training and gaining some experience, she displayed a high level of initiative in learning to automate software processes using "Cold Fusion" software and was able to apply it to create some very useful automated reports. She is able to "connect the dots" between disparate concepts to identify solutions that others may not see. She networks well with team members at all levels and communicates well with her customers and her team. I look forward to seeing how her career progresses and feel certain that she will add value to any organization that she joins."
