I performed accurate monthly reconciliation of bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial records were precise and up to date. Additionally, I generated and posted multiple journal entries for accounts receivable receipts on a weekly basis and established over 200 investor accounts using newly implemented software, facilitating a smooth transition and system integration within the company.

I instructed 20 preschool and elementary aged children on a weekly basis to reach age-appropriate math and reading milestones and diligently graded over 50 students’ homework assignments in order for students to make corrections and improve skills.

I assisted head dentists and dental hygienists 5 hours twice a week by sterilizing tools and cleaning workspaces in between patient visits to increase efficiency and prepared around 30 dental hygiene kits per day as well as called patients back to their chairs and took vitals before they were seen by the hygienists.

I supervised elementary through middle school aged children on the playground, in hallways, and in classrooms, supported the lead teacher, and proactively monitored visitors in order to ensure student safety.
