Developed social strategy to produce brand-relevant content focusing on closing the gender gap in the professional landscape. Worked on content creation, social strategy, engaging trends, and understanding how to build and enhance brands digitally. My job was to:- Develop, compile and post content on platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok- Ideate and contribute to the overall social strategy- Research - find trends that are relevant to our brand and audience- Set and measure marketing goals- Brainstorm and execute ways to promote events and offerings

Worked on developing lasting content strategies for Diamond Challenge (sponsored by University of Delaware), an entrepreneurial competition for high school business owners. Strategized and designed a marketing campaign for 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 seasons, including promotional materials, infographics, and educational series, to recruit over 4,000 competitors globally.

Over a nine-month period I serve as a key player on an international youth entrepreneurship team to support the world’s top-rated entrepreneurship competition for high school students, the Diamond Challenge. A Diamond Challenge Student Advisory Board (SAB) Member plays a critical role in the overall success of the Diamond Challenge and culminating event, the Diamond Challenge Summit. SAB Members act as leaders, liaisons and community builders between the Horn Youth Team and over 4,000 global Diamond Challenge participants. Student Advisory Board Members increase awareness of the Diamond Challenge around the world and provide support and resources to ensure the impact of entrepreneurship education is maximized.

Assisted in organizing and facilitating leadership workshops with corporate leaders such as the US State Department, Google, and Genentech. Furthered Miss CEO’s ambassador program by mentoring a team of 20 highly-qualified student champions as they spearheaded valuable and impactful leadership initiatives in their communities.

Co-Founder and Co-Host of the Love Yourself So Matcha Podcast, discussing ways to overcome common mental health issues including eating disorders, body image, and imposter syndrome.Hosted, produced, and edited episodes with therapists and professionals including Rachel Flatt (2010 Olympian & National Champion), Ting Cui (Junior World Medalist), Dr. Nicola Rinaldi (MIT), and Dr. Eric Stice (Stanford).

Assisted in statistical research on the utilization of machine learning for more efficient diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Used cSpade to predict ALS diagnosis based on diagnosis codes, procedure codes, prescribed medications, clinical evaluation, and electronic health records (EHR) from 22,000 ALS patients and 10 million non-ALS patients.Presented findings at the 2021 ASA Joint Statistical Meetings, 2021 ASA Women in Statistics and Data Science, 2022 JMP Discovery Summit Japan, and won 2nd place at the 2021 Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IEOM) Rome conference’s high school STEM competition.Assisted in developing app prototype, “Neurognosis,” to aid in the diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases; headed and authored full business plan and pitch with complete go-to-market strategy, financial projections, and customer acquisition blueprint.

Co-founded ReSport, a sports marketplace for aspiring athletes, aiming to lower costs with second-hand equipment at an affordable price. Won 2021 Gifted and Talented Silicon Valley Incubator (GATSVI) Challenge ($5,000 prize).
