• Responsible for leading product transfer from Germany to Malaysia.• Lead project management effort for tracking the project plan including scope, schedule, CAPEX & OPEX, technical, resources and risk management.• Drive the teams responsible for execution of product transfer projects from inception to mass production. • Collaborates across many functional areas including, Quality, RA, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D and others to ensure project advancement, rapid and best in class execution. • Identify risks to transfer timelines and mitigation strategies to ensure suitable response in place.• Effectively communicate status and timing of product transfer activities to key stakeholders and leadership teams.• Achieve cost savings by implementing cost reduction projects including material localization & multi cavity mold.

Responsibilities:- Conduct technology transfer of processes and products from oversea plant to scale-up and manufacturing by working with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate verification and validation.- Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes and equipments. - Establish and drive process improvement projects and technology introductions resulting in improved process efficiency, equipment utilization, and reduced operator mistakes by implement Poka Yoke.- Enhance current manufacturing SOP and Work Instructions that facilitate a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining a state of compliance to regulations.

Responsibilities: -• Conduct time study, motion, methods and speed involved in production, maintenance and other operations to establish production rate and improve efficiency.• Perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and production standards. • Assist production in trouble shooting & resolving production problems, maximize production capacity, increase productivity and minimize cost.• Support in production cost estimation in terms of labor hours & machine operational cost.• Study, plan and execute actions affecting delayed shipment, backlog and production cost.• Perform time study on new machine cycle time and new process time or validate existing processes for continuous improvement.• Liaise with Production and Engineering Team on LE monitoring and cycle time improvement.• Responsible for master data set up for BOM/Routing/Work Center/Capacity and Maintenance.• SAP technical support on Production Shop Floor Control and Inventory.• Ensure specification such as drawing and part lists are available before production.• Feasibility study of investment calculation on ROI and follow up of all investments progress and cash out status.• Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to maximize product reliability and minimize cost. • Initiate and coordinate productivity improvement & cost saving projects across functions.
