• Collects, inputs, verifies, and analyzes data to ensure correct project accounting operations which include project setup and funding, revenue recognition, and invoicing using Oracle ERP applications, with focus on Project Accounting. Some of the scope include (but are not limited to) the following:o In-depth understanding of both Time and Materials and Fixed Price percent of completion revenue recognition type contracts o Review and analysis of customer contract documents and ensuring alignment with project record.o Project setup, project monitoring, system updating and closeouto Reviewing incurred costs to make sure properly reflected on the projecto Preparation and update of the EAC for projectso Missing timecard monitoring and utilization analysiso Invoice generation as per project billing schedule and unbilled analysiso Drafting and administering of low-risk vendor supplier contracts using standard templateso Using advanced excel skills to create reports and reconcile financialso Utilizing Chinese and Korean language skills to support China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Korea.• Provides support to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization’s financial and tactical business objectives• Hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk)• Creating and updating internal documentation and guides on Confluence • Participate in quarterly UAT testing and communicating release notes to the team.• Automates repetitive manual reports using Oracle’s native Data Visualization tool to create data flows and charts and also migration of tedious excel reports into automated data visualization reports.• Liaise with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, Sales, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Purchasing, in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
