Team lead of the psychologist team in rehabilitation centre. Conduct clinical assessment, individual therapy and neuropsychological assessment to help inpatients and outpatients manage their psychological wellbeing and support their recovery. Work in multidisciplinary teams with medical doctors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses and medical social workers to provide holistic care for the patients of Rehab Centre who suffered from stroke, acquired/traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and orthopaedic trauma.

Worked with the teachers, therapists, social workers, parents and children of the Thye Hua Kwan (THK) Early Intervention Program for Infants and Children (EIPIC) to provide behavioral management for children with special needs using functional behavioral analysis. Job scope also included deriving the children's appropriate age estimates to inform on age-appropriate developmental goals.

Provided individual therapy using CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques for adults with mental health issues including mood, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, trauma-related, and eating disorders. Conducted neuropsychological assessments for adult and geriatric populations and provided rehabilitation recommendations.

Conducted clinical assessments, using WIAT-III, WISC-IV, Conner’s CPT and other assessment tools, for school-going children to determine and manage cognitive and learning difficulties. Provided evidence-based therapy using CBT, ACT and Functional Behavior Analysis targeted at child behavioral management and mental health issues (including mood, anxiety, OCD) for adolescents and adults.

Conducted offender risk assessments for court sentencing decisions and suitability for offender treatment programs. Developed and delivered various evidence-based offender treatment programs using CBT, MI and other therapy approaches. Provided group and individual therapy to manage clinical issues and assist in offender management.
