The AOAD is a leading governmental organization formed under the League of Arab States (22 Countries), with the objective of achieving a region-wide enhanced agricultural sector. As a Sustainable Development Expert, I am in charge of the National Capacity Building Projects, overseeing the planning and progress of such initiatives.🔑 Key Achievements include:☑ Supervised the financial and technical support of development projects; including Agricultural, Livestock and Fish Wealth Management Projects☑ Networked with concerned partners and ensured maintaining strong relationships for the execution of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)☑ Liaised with team members and strategic partners on the alignment of Training Initiatives and Strategy Documents with the Sustainable Development Goals☑ Led the department’s 4 main divisions and team members consisting of 40 experts, reported to the Department Head

At the General Directorate for Woman and Family, I was leading the process for the formulation of the National Women Empowerment Policy and reported to the minister of social development and welfare accordingly.🔑 Key Achievements include:☑ Established the project document and the national women empowerment policy ☑ Led consultation sessions on the sectoral ministries level, development partners and academia ☑ Supervised the Training, Capacity Building divisions as well as the small projects in rural areas☑ Coordinated between the different divisions and departments within the Directorate
