Key Responsibilities (for routes and projects assigned):- To ensure healthy top-line seat sold target & performance for all routes assigned.- Overall responsibility for all local branding, marketing, PR, distribution & market development activities to achieve overall company objectives.- Creation, development and successful execution of a comprehensive marketing and distribution strategy focusing on driving consumer direct channels.- Management of relationships with marketing partners including media, advertising and PR agencies.- Working with outside business partners including tourism offices and other marketing partners.- Using creative channels to maximize promotional opportunities for AirAsia in a cost-efficient manner, building a consistent level of “buzz” around the brand.- Acting as a Brand Ambassador for AirAsia – building on the awareness of AirAsia as a global brand in the Low Cost Carrier space.- Achievement of agreed seat sold target.

- Planning and executing of mall wide and themed campaigns throughout the year. - Secure promotions, launches and events that is aligned with the mall’s positioning and guidelines from tenants/clients. - Managing Marketing campaigns effectively to make sure it is in-line with the Company’s marketing objectives and positioning through events and promotions, advertising and public relations.- Work on establishing a good partnership and securing sponsorship collaborations from external organizers and/or tenants in presenting vibrant and exciting campaigns.- Activate and elevate precinct awareness, objectives and goals.- Liaise and work closely with tenants, contractors, event companies and media to ensure successful execution of projects and events.- Establish and maintain effective communication and good relationship with tenants and external organizers/suppliers.
