Operations Specialist
Current- Develop project deployment plan, incident management plan, training collaterals and KPIs to assist in project deliverables
- Assess customer input, monitor and review service level of the transport vendors, and provide valuable feedback and insights to key project stakeholders from various departments to optimize process flows
- Analyze performance metrics through Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Liaise with recruitment agency to seek out operations coordinator and equip the coordinator with ground support training to minimize service gap
