Various data processing/backend activities- GPS data collection and processing from multiple sources. I'm working on systems for scientific analysis of real-time data coming from distributed probes. A typical module in the system consist of the following parts:- Network interaction with the probes. The module should collect data coming from the probes in real-time, check its consistency and prepare for further processing- Scientific processing includes various spectral analysis, optimization problems, probabilistic analysis, high dimensional data analsys, etc. - User interaction. The results of the scientific processing go to single monitoring system in form of plots, tables, flags, etc. The results of a module can be reused in another module, so there are also intra-module notification sytem. Since the monitoring system is a separate application, a moudle should provide a cross-platform API for the interactionSome of the modules in the system are fully developed on my own, starting from the network interaction up to the non-trivial scientific processing. The main language of the modules is Python3, some time-critical parts and algorithms are written in Cython/C++.The modules use various external modules for network and scientific processing, like numpy, scipy, zeromq, etc. The C++ parts written in the modern C++11/14

Here I worked as a software developer on two international projects. Both of them related to an enterprise network switch/router system based on blade servers.The first one was about the management part of the SW - SW updates, backups, device configuration, etc. It was mostly an Erlang project. The second project was about the core software of the switch/router system. Here I supported L2/L3 network levels protocols (STP/RSTP, OSPF, RIP, BGP, VRFLite) in C language in Linux environment.
