The Centre for Strategic Futures (CSF) is a think-tank housed within the Strategy Group of the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO-SG), focused on pursuing long-term futures research and building strategic foresight capabilities across the public service. As a foresight analyst, I support the team across three main pillars: research, capability development and institution building.Key Responsibilities/Achievements:- Co-organised the first in-person Futures Conversation (FCx) conference in 2023 that convened more than 25 local and international thought leaders across the public and private sectors to discuss emerging issues and developments under the theme "Ways of Seeing: Narratives amidst Uncertainty"- Chief Editor for centre’s 15th anniversary edition of Foresight, a publication that highlights contributions from foresight practitioners and thought leaders, centre’s research into emerging strategic issues and reflections on futures work- Trainer for Futurecraft 101, 102, 201 conducted at the Civil Service College and on an ad-hoc basis at selected agencies. This suite of training courses introduces public officers to futures thinking within the context of the Singapore government, and a range of foresight methodologies and tools for use in their day-to-day work.

As a Project Consultant in the Singapore office, I supported the firm’s public affairs and corporate communications work, serving a variety of healthcare and sustainability clients.Responsibilities:- Prepared story banks/angles, press releases, briefing documents and media coverage reports- Monitored regulatory and industry developments to produce daily summaries/analysis reports- Pitched interviews to journalists and secured coverage in mainstream & trade publications - Assisted in stakeholder engagement and development of a policy whitepaper for a large-scale research project studying the impact of rising disease incidence on 4 APAC markets- Supported the development of a landscape report that identified and mapped key stakeholders and policy influencers within the local healthcare ecosystem

Future-Moves Group (FMG) is a boutique strategy and management consultancy firm headquartered in Singapore, with a focus in public policy and governance issues. As an Associate Consultant, I conducted in-depth qualitative research and data analysis, and crafted various client deliverables: whitepapers, policy briefers and presentation decks.
