-Recruiting models, actors-Negotiating salaries and contracts with clients on behalf of the client-Working with casting directors, directors, producers, photographers, and other industry professionals to provide them with talents for their projects-Serving as an intermediary between actors, models, photographers, directors, producers, agents, etc. to help facilitate auditions, interviews, etc.-Helping to market actors, models, etc. to casting directors, producers, directors, etc. so that they can get work in their field-Helping actors, and models prepare for auditions by providing feedback on their performance and helping them practice lines or scenes-Advocating on behalf of clients to ensure they receive fair treatment and compensation in accordance with industry standards-Negotiating contracts to ensure that actors and models are fairly compensated given their experience level and track record of success in the field-Coordinating publicity efforts, such as arranging interviews, photo shoots, and press conferences
