I was responsible for the operation of the entire store including the Salon and PetsHotel. A few of the items I was responsible for included: Controlling payroll and supplies, meeting sales goals, customer service, stocking, health and safety of pets in our care, condition of the store, staffing, training and coaching of associates and managers, growing the business etc.

Along with customer service I was responsible or contacting customers whe were delinquent on their accounts.
