TOP driving license within VOLVO.- Lead team to manage test vehicles, including sign-off, update, insurance, inspection, license, re planning, scrapping.

Build up the test track of road test in China, including mountain track, city track and high way track.4. Organize and lead the team to conduct vehicle endurance test in China, including document preparation for temporary import of test vehicles from Germany, insurance and license preparation, select/educate/manage vendor test drivers, data collection and delivery, analysis of failure, accident handling, emission test, fuel test - diesel and petrol, vehicle maintenance and repairing, make technical report for each project.5. Build up the competence of workshop to support vehicle endurance test.6. Organize and conduct vehicle endurance test for Beijing Benz, including C-Class and E-Class.7. Support to build up the competence of vehicle endurance test for Beijing Benz.8. Support COP test.
