About Lina Williams, Mfa
I’ve always strived to do things in the smartest way possible. I suppose that’s why I was drawn to renewable energy – it’s just the smart way to power the world.Over the last 10 years, I have achieved sustained success promoting and delivering innovative energy solutions to diverse communities, clients and businesses. Since starting as a Field Energy Consultant for SolarCity (which was bought by Tesla) in 2013, I quickly rose through the ranks thanks to my endless supply of enthusiasm and creative thinking combined with a potent drive for success, being named Regional Sales Manager in 2014.After a brief stint selling energy solutions at Sunrun, I found myself at Central Cost Community Energy (CCCE) as the Manager of Energy Account Services, managing all aspects of the customer experience and serving as a driving force in the development of strategic initiatives to ensure the onboarding of cities and counties into community energy services. ❤️ And from my first role at SolarCity, now Tesla, to my current role as the Program Manager for the SunPower 25X25 initiative, I can confidently say being entrenched in the selling and development of efficient energy programs has been highly rewarding. Working in a field I’m so passionate about has strengthened my resolve to promote renewable energy, while also affording me many opportunities to take on leadership roles and expand my skills.💡 I believe that when you walk with purpose, you collide with destiny. My purpose is to identify and promote innovative new energy programs and develop future leaders who will advance equal access to renewable energy.
