Scott Lincicome is a Senior Fellow with the Cato Institute, where he writes on international and domestic law and economics. Prior to joining Cato full-time, he was an international trade attorney with White & Case, LLP, where he litigated domestic and multilateral (WTO) trade proceedings and advised clients on US trade agreements and policy, as well as WTO matters. He also is a a Senior Visiting Lecturer at Duke University Law School, where he occasionally teaches a course on international trade law, and he previously taught an undergraduate course at Duke on trade policy.Scott has a BA in Political Science from the University of Virginia and a JD from the University's School of Law. He has appeared on or been quoted in several major media outlets, and his original work has been featured in numerous online and print publications. He also speaks regularly on international law and economic policy.
