Served as department head responsible for performance of Teva North America Specialty legal team, provided legal guidance to Teva North America commercial leadership and Teva’s Global Privacy Officer, handled special projects of interest to the Teva North America commercial business.

• Lead counsel for Patient Services Hub, clinical nurse educators and contract training nurses. Provide legal advice on a broad range of activities/issues including, designing and implementing compliant hub and specialty pharmacy models for brand products, limited reimbursement support services, manufacturer financial assistance programs, and telehealth activities. • Lead counsel for Shared Solutions specialty pharmacy. Manage pharmacy licensing and network contracts, provide legal advice regarding privacy, data protection and other compliance issues as well as provide strategic advice regarding potential partnerships and business opportunities. • Provide privacy-related legal advice for Teva’s HIPAA covered entity and its North America commercial operations related to social media campaigns, multi-channel marketing, web and mobile privacy notices, terms of use, and the development and implementation of digital applications, medical devices, combination products and cloud-based platforms. • Review and approve labeling, advertising and promotional materials, press releases, training and other materials in support of the commercial business. • Assist Compliance with internal investigations and Litigation Department with broad range of claims including government investigations, product liability and employment matters. • Managed team of lawyers supporting a project to construct a Class A, 150,000 square foot build-to-suit office building involving the negotiation of land purchase, lease and state and local tax incentives. • Managed lease negotiations for a 50,000 square foot specialty pharmacy and managed the relocation pharmacy licensing process. • Manage and supervise team of attorneys and a contracts paralegal. • Lead counsel on several global cross functional teams established to build and deliver new digitally-enabled consumer solutions in core therapeutic areas in the U.S.
