CurrentIn a pivotal leadership role reporting to the CEO, I manage high-impact programs and projects aligned with strategic objectives, focusing on member engagement, business membership growth, and non-dues revenue development. I lead cross-functional teams to shape customer engagement strategies, build strategic partnerships, and develop initiatives that prioritize member satisfaction and loyalty. Key successes include launching tiered membership levels with incentives for long-term members, leading development of large-scale networking events like the Torch Awards, and implementing programs such as the New Member e-Welcome Guide and the Affinity/Loyalty Rewards Program, all of which boosted retention and drove sustained growth. Additionally, I led grant submissions and non-dues revenue initiatives to support the organization's mission.
