Linda Mitchell is a visionary. She was first inspired by her sister Mary Lou who died at the tender age of 6 from leukemia. It was this experience that led her into the field of healthcare. As Co-founder of Conscious Health Magazine, and Co-founder of The Tree of Health Center, Linda's belief is that we need to bring both eastern, & western medicine together. Both the magazine, & the center, do just that, complimenting Linda's advocacy to have a healthcare system that works for both the individual & the community at large. Linda has worked within the medical field as a Licensed Practical Nurse working in long term care facilities, as well as home care. Her continued path has led her to the alternative world, initiating her journey in massage therapy, cranio sacral therapy, somatic emotional release, & other energy work such as Reiki & Integrative Energy Therapy. Mitchell gained her expertise from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage, Center of Being & the Upledger Institute. Linda's spiritual path was enhanced when she found her church family at Unity of Sussex County, along with her work with the Youth of Unity.
