The project included the creation of an RFP, analyzing the responses and ultimately recommending a vendor. Developed and managed the implementation plan. Co-managed the project to define and implement a data warehouse for student and personnel data. Worked with district users to determine requirements. Worked with an outside vendor to complete the development. Project was completed on-time and in-budget.Provided project management for the conversion of the client server based student management software to facilitate installation of new hardware and database structures. Member of the development team which redesigned the student management software to utilize a client server based methodology. New software was deployed in 180 schools and various departments. Served as chairman of various user groups during many of the development and conversion projects in the district.
