Originated, developed, coordinated and instructed all external training programs and seminars including, high school, college and Outreach programs. Continually expanded high school program to be in over 35 schools districts, 5 colleges, 25 libraries and 15 community centers, speaking to over 5,000 students a year. Expanded seminar attendance by 89% over the course of one year. Increased participants' understanding of financial literacy by 50%, based on post-test evaluations.

Managed key grant programs through The JPMorgan Chase Foundation, Suffolk County Office of Cultural Affairs and The New York State Council for the Arts. Coordinated all facets of the grant process from technical workshops for grant writers to selection and orientation of panelists. Responsible for accurate annual reporting to all grantees. Ensured compliance through monitoring and auditing grant programs.

Directed all facets of museum planning, including special events, exhibitions, staffing, volunteers, group tours, collection management and working with board of trustees to represent the museum at all local events. Increased Historical Society membership by 35% in one year. Managed a staff of seven who researched and designed exhibits, prepared graphic/event materials to be used for 15 major events each year.

Managed the Private Pay Home Care Nursing program which included coordinating the direct mail programs, develop marketing strategies and recruitment efforts for 18 participating Home Health Care branches. Increased revenue of Private Pay Home Care Nursing Program by 28% in the first year, resulting in $28 million of annual revenue.

Managed new product development. Expanded current distribution channels to increase market share and meet corporate objectives. Managed the Access America retail line that consisted of eight products accounting for $17 million of annual revenue and 35% of World Access Service Corporation's total revenues.

Managed development and launch of estate planning products critical to corporate growth and profitability. Constructed and delivered sales and marketing presentations to 70 offices and over 5,000 agents throughout the country.

Collected and analyzed financial data and policy information on major competitors, as well as surveyed and evaluated industry literature and interpreted trends. Assisted in the development of new products: survivorship, universal life, term and whole life. Created supporting sales materials, provided technical support for the sales force of 40 General Agencies.
