In this role I manage design and delivery of educational programs for students and coordinate volunteer recruitment and training. My day-to-day work includes coordinating and executing events including sponsor identification, school selection, ordering of training collateral, volunteer training, onsite event day facilitation, feedback surveys, and post-event metrics tracking in Access. I also own relationships with key corporate sponsors that include EY, Capital One, Sterling Bank, Barclays, and Marsh & McLennan.Project highlights:• Managed Finance Park initiative that educated 4000+ middle and high school students from NY and Lower Hudson Valley on financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. Responsibilities included project initiation, planning, resource allocation, recruitment and training of corporate sponsors, and monitoring in SurveyMonkey. • Project Manager for JA Virtual University, an effort to implement virtual training in personal finance for NYC high school students. Developed charter, identified key stakeholders, led research, supervised collateral development (copy, videos, etc.), and monitored project schedule. • Served as project facilitator and design partner for program to introduce a one-semester elective course in Entrepreneurship and Product Development for middle school students. Reviewed and updated material related to digital marketing, rapid prototyping, and legal. The program resulted in four physical products being created.

Caja De La Vivienda Popular is a government agency that facilitates relocations for people living in high risk areas. During this time I managed 90+ resettlement cases as part of the mayor’s four-year “Bogota Better for All” initiative with responsibility for offering social services and government assistance to families. I also reviewed case files and partnered with legal and housing developers to negotiate rent and mortgage payments.
