I am passionate about continuing to learn and am a creative problem solver. When you love what you do you bring life and vitality to any project. I bring creativity, a zest for work and varied experience in several areas of business as a project manager, a litigator, and insurance claims adjuster, supervisor and manager. I would like to find a position with a company who is searching for someone with diverse skills. For almost 20 years as a litigator, manager, supervisor and an insurance claims consultant/adjuster, I worked with multiple lines of insurance coverage. including medical malpractice, environmental, asbestos bodily injury, professional liability, EPL, D&O. P&C, CD, auto, premises liability, data breach, lemon law, and product liability areas. I served diverse clients from Fortune 500 to small commercial businesses from nurses, nursing homes and hospitals, to veterinarians and governmental entities. I developed strategies to defend, take to trial or otherwise resolve thousands of cases. I have experience in mediation and negotiation as well as the full range of legal document preparation and court hearings. Today we are facing a devastating virus and people working remotely which presents several challenges from internet connectivity to working in isolation. I have experience working remotely myself and working remotely with adjusters. As a photographer I have learned the value of concentration, perception, persistence and quiet moments. This concentration on using my creative powers has increased my understanding of our beautiful and diverse country.
