- Liaison between authorizing districts and schools specializing in crisis fiscal management roles for schools at risk, new schools, and newer schools focused on growth. - Optimize financial systems, reporting, audit processes and government grant programs for multiple public charter schools in Colorado. - Coach and train school staff and board members in financial planning and analysis, financial management, documentation, reporting, and audit preparation. - Manage all annual, quarterly, and month-end close activities including monthly recurring journal entries, preparing balance sheets, and reconciling payroll and bank account activities.- Prepare reporting and justification to government and partnering education agencies for bonds, grant funding, and audit reporting requirements.- Have worked with over 25 different schools ranging from a few months to several years depending on the need. Current case load covering the Denver and S/W corner of Colorado regions.
