Crockett Sales is a manufacturer's rep firm representing some of the leading products in the commercial electronic security industry. One of Crockett's premier lines is Pelco, one of the leading camera manufacturers in the industry for over 40 years. Our other lines include KBC for wireless technology, Raytec for white and infrared lighting, Identity One biometrics, and Promise Technologies for large capacity video storage solutions. My role in this position was to connect with our distributors and our integration partners and promote the quality, value, support and application of our lines. My sales skills were utilized in building on existing relationships and also hunting for new projects and partners.

Dowley Security Systems provides commercial security and fire safety design, equipment, service and monitoring. During my time at Dowley, my farming skills enabled me to increase sales on existing accounts by as much as 300%. My hunting skills brought in new accounts that quickly increased the companies overall footprint in the petrochem and industrial markets. I worked very closely with our security design department to gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of the systems and their functionality. I also worked very closely with our operations department which gave me insight into the overall process and challenges involved in the installation of these systems. It was an experience of teamwork and the building blocks of a strong knowledge base for the security industry.

At Power America LLC I performed multiple roles that included Account Management, Sales, Vendor Relations, all Accounting functions, Order Tracking, Project Management and Marketing. Power America provided emergency power solutions to the petrochem, oil & gas, medical and industrial markets. The companies transition from a manufacturer's representative to a distributor increased our ability to add product lines and to sell to markets all over the world. It also created a need to build new business systems such as accounting practices, order tracking, banking relationships, commission structures, etc. I played a key role in creating and implementing these processes.

During my tenure at Buffalo Specialties I utilized my hunting skills to develop multiple new accounts and also used my farming skills to drastically increase sales with existing stagnant accounts. My roles in this position were Account Management, Sales, Marketing and Training new sales team members. I also served a key part in team building exercises, sales meeting presentations and merchandising. This role was a "think-outside-the-box" position where I was able to engage my creativity to create meaningful and lasting marketing concepts for Corporate Gift Services, Tradeshows, Event Coordination, Marketing Blitzes, Fun Run Planning and Image Impact.
