Accountable for all aspects of handset and Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) technical approval process. Directed Development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams through product design, development, testing, implementation and training. Primary technical account manager to handset and SIM teams nationally and internationally to ensure company priorities are met and quality achieved.• Successfully launched 37 different handset models across 5 different manufacturers and multiple carriers throughout career in Engineering, including first digital handsets across technologies and first data-capable handsets. • Successfully implemented first SIM profile, followed by numerous iterations across SIM manufacturers in accordance with carrier rules and settings• Managed QA team of 20+ testers, facilitating communication between QA and development teams regarding new development and features to ensure testing design completeness for product quality. • Reduced internal product testing cycle by 50% by creating/standardizing functional requirements for handset manufacturers and restructuring QA team to accommodate higher volumes for testing.
