Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and some facilitation of company wide training and development strategies. Responsible for all aspects of program including, planning/instruction of related academic class, job placement and development, employer/student/community liaison, student screening and selection, maintaining all records including student records and grades, reporting to the State Departments of Education and Labor, and developing/managing an annual budget.
