As a Team Lead - Optical Manager at Pearle Vision, I have over 15 years of experience in delivering high-quality optical services and customer support in retail environments. I have a BS in Business Administration and Management, and I excel in problem solving, organization, and communication skills.In addition to managing the daily operations and sales of the optical store, I also partner with an optometrist to ensure the best eye care for our clients. I am passionate about helping people see better and feel confident in their vision. I also volunteer as a Troop Leader for the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago & Northwest Indiana, where I mentor young girls in developing new skills, making lifelong friends, and having fun changing the world.
