Provided support for Identity and Access Management servers, restoring various services in order to prevent major system outages. Managed the creation of the Knowledge Base used by Corporate Human Resources, Security, and Finance software applications support.

Worked with a team of 15 application developers to build a new group underwriting system used to manage and track the pre-sale of Unum’s Multi-Life, Individual Disability Insurance, Individual Long Term Care Insurance, and Voluntary Disability cases. Maintained and deployed fixes to the Administration system for Individual Long Term Care.Supported and maintained timesheet processing and payroll processing system on an HRIS team. Participated in systems integration efforts during the Unum and Provident payroll system merger.
