Making a detour from my IT career for personal reasons, I relocated to Tuskegee and worked for a time in various positions at Tuskegee University: Executive Assistant to the Director, National Center for Bioethics in Research and Health Care; Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management, and to the Vice President for Advancement, Development and Alumni Affairs. In the latter position, I also acted in the capacity of Business Analyst on a core team tasked with evaluating the end-results of a legacy software data conversion project, in the interest of alumni and donor information.I have since left the University to free time for writing and managing my publishing company.

(Contract Position) I participated in various projects to provide business requirement analyses and software quality assurance and testing, as needed. This included gathering business requirements, developing use cases and process flows, and documenting issues and their resolution during all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. I managed requirements traceability processes for multiple short termed projects, including CTI script integration. I wrote User Acceptance Testing scripts for business owners and various stakeholders, and also performed manual web testing after code changes for enhancements to a customized multi-tiered Siebel Call Center application.

(Contract Position)I performed Operational Qualification /Performance Qualification (OQ/PQ) validation of a customized pharmaceutical sample management software application, to verify federal regulatory compliance under the Prescription Drugs Manufacturing Act. .

(Contract Position)I performed extensive manual web testing on a customized Siebel Call Center web application.

(Contract Position)I led the testing effort in a Call Center data migration project, which included systems testing of a multi-client customized user interface. I wrote testing scripts for the User Acceptance Team and managed the traceability matrix of the project's requirements to assure success.

(Contract Position)I participated in three short-term web and client/server testing projects during this period to upgrade the client's customized Siebel ePharma CRM application. I performed manual, functional and regression testing. (Siebel versions 6.0, 7.0 and 7.5).

I worked on a team tasked with writing test scripts and testing new software, upgrades, and specific client-reported software issues after reported problems were resolved. This position included server/client software installations, user maintenance, and other system administration and database management tasks within a test environment.

I was the client-facing operational manager during the initial roll out of our company's proprietary software designed to track sales rep calls on physicians, hospital reps, and sample drug distribution. My responsibilities included working with other departments to manage the clients expectations in all areas including training, equipment distribution and repair, call center SLAs, software upgrades and maintenance, reporting and other ongoing day-to-day client needs

I provided call center support to remote salesforce users on issues regarding equipment or functionality of the companies proprietary software. I provided follow-up to ensure that reported problems were resolved per the client's expectations.
