In 2018 I started up the in-house face-to-face office in Amsterdam, here we have around 45-55 canvassers and 3-4 sales managers. In 2020 I also became responsible for the external agencies. I'm responsible for all that comes with account management, people management and budget management within our Face-to-Face operation. Since 2022 we have 2 in-house offices and we work together with 4 agencies. I keep the high-over view on results/budget and long-term strategyNext to this I'm also the Sponsor for the Face-to-Face Capacity Building group. This is an international group with all F2F colleagues. Together with my sponsor team I'm responsible to share knowledge, align all sections and create a learning environment for all a cross the world.

For 8 months I filled in the Acquisition Manager position for MSF Canada. I was Responsible for face-to-face acquisition, telemarketing & direct mail. During these 8 months I improved the content process around scripting and emergencies and thereby improved the overall results on telemarketing and face-to-face for the longer term. I worked remotely for the most part and traveled through Canada as well (Ontario/Quebec/New Brunswick and Nova Scotia).
