I support all of our current performance based reports including the newly rolled out "Strategic Client Reporting" options. I help Financial Advisors determine which reports would be best to utilize in each situation they have, explain the metrics, and review potential selling points. I also assist with G/L, statements, and risk reporting.I lead weekly classes, open to the entire site, which explain stock market basics. What drives the stock market and how to better understand the stock market. I also teach on recent events (like Lehman, QE, etc) and what factors were in play to cause these events. I explain numerous investment vessels (ETFs, options, stocks, bonds, etc) and how they work. I tie in current fiscal policy, monetary policy, and political happens to show how all these factors directly effect our financial markets.

I perform "WealthBench Roadshows" in Morgan Stanley complexes across America assisting Financial Advisors in determining how much risk their clients/models are subject to. I instruct our field on how to utilize the WealthBench application and then personalize strategy with each team on how to best implement risk assessment reports into their practice. The addition of WealthBench risk reports in our Financial Advisor's proposals has greatly increased the success rate of acquiring new assets. I work with teams from the ground up on customizing WealthBench risk reports for use in their proposals. I familiarize the teams with all risk metrics, stress tests, and selling points of the WealthBench reports.I lead weekly classes, open to the entire site, which explain stock market basics. Supervised a technology team that supported premier applications at Morgan Stanley. As a point of escalation I supported, guided, and developed the team to control all incoming volume. I would review calls and conduct weekly coachings to enhance the performance of each team member.
