Working under the Government Chief Digital Officer I manage key agency relationships.

AoG ICT Commercial Services team leads the commercial management of the all of government ICT Common Capabilities (Shared Capabilities). As a Senior Vendor and Contract Manager I provide business and operational assurance to Government Chief Information Officer (GCIO) and consuming Agencies. This is achieved through effective performance management of Common Capability vendors and the commercial management of the Lead Agency agreements for a range of common capability services.This is a key role in ensuring that the GCIO is demonstrably seen as both an exemplar, and a leader in the delivery of commercial and vendor performance management practices across the Shared Capability product portfolio.I have the ability to quickly establish, build and maintain highly effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. I see the big picture and identify links between different parts of an issue and accurately assess and manage risks to achieve better business outcomes.

Responsible for setting and managing the strategic direction of the New Zealand operation, including development and implementation of three year strategic plan; management of the operational budget; coaching and management of staff performance.Key tasks: • Management and development of the RM Business relationship with its key stakeholders.• Executive responsibility for local operations, planning and project delivery of training and support, application implementation, software release management, user acceptance testing and associated reporting. • Responsible for the development of key relationships with business customers, technical consultancy and project management.
