Staff Administrator for the Worcester Arts Council and liaison between the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the city of Worcester. Serve on the marketing committee for Discover Central Massachusetts (the regional tourism council for central Massachusetts). Works closely with the City Managers Office on the #Worcester100 campaign.

Run and manage a full working competitive dance studio. Duties include teaching classes in all dance styles, managing 4 dance teachers, creating innovative choreography for dance competitions and recitals. Manage student accounts and book-keeping. Manage all aspects of advertising and marketing including Social Marketing. Manage all aspects of costuming including sizing and ordering. Organize and put together a dance concert culminating at the end of the dance year with an average audience of 500. Students range from 3 to college age. Coordinate and oversee youth dance company in marketing, scheduling, rehearsals, costuming, and production. Run intense dance training program for members and monitor youths' development.Create and teach choreography to add to the company's repertoire.

Run an intensive dance program for the academy's youth, ages 9 to 20. Classes include Jazz, Modern, and Afro-Caribbean Dance. Teach enriching Creative Movement classes for children aged 3 to 8. Assist with after school program; includes helping with homework, arts & crafts, and snack time.

Collaborated with Allen Fletcher of Worcester Magazine and Brian Tivnan, head of Theater at Assumption College, to produce the youth-based production “Every Picture Tells a Story.” Created and taught choreography to portray the lives of the city’s youth. Trained 9 young adults from the Worcester Youth Center in dance techniques.

Taught classes of children ages 5 through 17 in groups of 20 or less.Prepared quality lesson plans to ensure a positive learning experience.Produced quality, age-appropriate choreography to be showcased at the year-end recital.
