Since 2006 I am focused on growing individuals, teams and companies by helping them paint a vision for the future and setting the strategic direction of the venture.So far our teams successfully improved fields such as K-12 education (Xooltime, eSchool), traffic safety (Foora) and parenting (Danu). Besides making important impact, these ventures are also highly successful business-wise – we made two successful exits, one being the largest European network of parenting portals. Today we are aiming even higher. At e2grow we transform high-potential companies into world-class champions by increasing employee engagement and unlocking their ability to reach ambitious goals and innovate their way to the future. Through a client-tailored and value-focused approach, we already radically improved production quality in a global plastics producer, customer satisfaction in an Australian airliner, largest regional mobile operator, largest regional insurance company and supercharged number of fast growing start-ups and scale-ups.

I use my strengths (my Gallup top 5 themes: activator, individualization, relator, self-assurance, futuristic) to coach and support high-promising entrepreneurs in reaching their full potential. These brilliant entrepreneurs are trying to bring their respective industries to a whole new level – industries are ranging from pharmacies (Doctrina), real estate (100kvadratov), sports marketing (Fancore, Sconnected), HoReCa (OptiBar) and others. Under my mentorship two of such great entrepreneurs developed a software as a service company in K-12 education and reached 80% market share in three years in a saturated market with a profit margin twice as high as the one of its closest rival.

Sharing knowledge with and head hunting for the promising future leaders while keeping pace with the new generations. Assistant professor of entrepreneurship at Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana (2011-) and a visiting scholar at University of California, Berkeley (2014). My academic focus is on business model innovation and innovation management – areas where I can effectively merge business and academic experience. I received a European award for the PhD in business model innovation.

Having four kids, I deeply care about the future of our children. This gave me the motivation and strength to create a regional non-profit organization helping underprivileged children and families to a better future. We help these kids with financial aid and school supplies. But we also pursue broader goals. With support from the world’s leading heart surgeons we created a training program for individuals and institutions close to young children (especially kindergarten employees) in CPR for children. We won a European CSR Award for one of our projects in Macedonia.
