Drive sustainable planning and reporting improvements across North America Finance by partnering with business unit finance teams to increase productivity and create capacity.- Build and lead new North America FP&A team of 16 in Costa Rica supporting 12 business units and $800m in costs- Transition finance responsibilities from Business unit and Corporate finance teams in US and Chile- Drive efficiency and accuracy of North America labor forecasting function through process and system improvements and team training and development - Drive sustainable process improvements via Lean Six Sigma, RPA, etc.

Partner with ECS Data Breach team to increase growth and profitability:o Support business team in deal formulation, assessment and bid submission processo Manage update and adherence to business approved commercial pricing o Establish improved reporting to better understand business performance o Drive cross-functional process improvementPartner with Marketing on financial insight and execution of transactional revenue targets including improved visibility and decision support.

· Partner effectively with a range of business leaders regionally and globally at all levels including executive leadership· Manage multiple Corporate functions including Marketing, Human Resources, Global Costs, Executive, and Overhead· Provide financial analysis, executive summaries and recommendations· Develop financial models and ad‐hoc analysis in support of business decisions· Manage the submission of a $160M Corporate MMC and serve as advisor to management on the Corporate Annualbudget, Strategic Plan, and Mid‐Year Forecast· Successfully lead the $163M regional capital expenditure reporting and forecasting process including Annual Budget,Strategic Plan, Mid‐Year Forecast, and MMC· Serve as Corporate Subject Matter Expert ‐ Hyperion Workforce Planning & Hyperion Global Capex includingarchitecture, business requirements gathering, testing, user training, and implementation of system changes· Manage Corporate FP&A rotational employees including development of learning goals and objectives, performancefeedback and mentorship

PRIMARY PURPOSE: Supports business managers by providing the tools to make successful business decisions by translating corporate financial and statistical data into useful information through analytical reporting and budgeting.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop worldwide functional budgets, forecasts, outlooks and variance analyses while working with multiple functional groups including IS, Human Resources, Legal, Facilities, Corporate Services, Marketing, R&D, etc.• Develop and review management reports including monthly and quarterly CFO packages.• Manage the monthly close process for finance including data collection, load file preparation for/publishing of multiple systems (Essbase, OBIEE) and month-end financial reporting including bookings and headcount.• Serve as liaison between Finance and Information Systems to facilitate team work, problem solving and process efficiency/improvement.• Manage Hyperion Planning including requirements gathering, preparation of metadata/data files, ensuring functionality/accuracy, communication to budget owners, user training, data testing and process documentation.• Manage OBIEE dashboards including requirements gathering, dashboard design/maintenance and user training.• Maintain and increase efficiency and accuracy of financial models in company databases and identify process improvement opportunities (Excel, Access, OBIEE, Essbase, Hyperion Planning).• Manage CFO staff meeting content, discussion topics and communications with worldwide finance leads, manage the on-boarding process of new employees and serve as Community Service Champion.
