I am responsible for managing labor costs and recording sales data while overseeing that proper procedures are carried out throughout the restaurant. I manage up to 10 employees on each shift. I am also responsible for deposits, inventory, making various orders required for business, hiring, scheduling, and opening and closing the restaurant.

As a server I provided excellent guest service as I served customers as well as handled transactions. I was trained as a line and prep cook and became a shiftlead. I was responsible for overseeing procedures during shifts, gathering the daily deposit, and managing labor costs.

At this seasonal position I was responsible for greeting, calling, and scheduling appointments with clients. I recorded data using specific software systems for each client I contacted and was responsible for locking up the office upon closing.
