Support physician recruitment and retention and participate in senior executive leadership succession planning. Review hospital quality indicators and safety metrics, patient satisfaction scores, clinical processes, policies, checkpoints, and guardrails, hospital accreditation, and credentialling recommendations. Review financial performance and annual budget.

Provide support the safe, efficient, practical, sustainable and environmentally sound management and monetization of our Tribal Nation’s fossil fuels and renewables wealth. Support Tribal goals of stewardship of this wealth by balancing social, environmental and commercial considerations. Utilize the tools of social, environmental and commercial responsibility with policy and regulations that match the unique aspects of Tribal governments, our people and sovereignty.

Provide support regarding employment law, employee development, and evaluation and management of employees to all Southern Ute Growth Fund companies and departments and Southern Ute Shared Services. Responsible for the development, review and implementation of policies, job descriptions and database maintenance and oversight; conducting investigations, writing disciplinary actions, assisting with compensation, training content development and HR reporting. Provides support with other related functions of the HR Department as required.
